Dogs are good people

I just finished reading Marley & Me - which explains why I have been thinking so much about Reilly (and Jojo too) lately. The book is just OK ... not the best book I have every read. But, if you ever had (or have) a lab, the book is a must read. You will see your dog in the pages of this book. And if the end does not bring tears to your eyes, you are made of stone.

One thing the author of Marley & Me is right about, even though he doesn't say it exactly this way, dogs are good people ... in fact, they are better than the vast majority of people. They are loyal, and love trully unconditionally.

I'm glad you read the book. Very sad, yes but overall heart warming. There's another one that looks good but I haven't picked it up yet, "The art of racing in the rain" by Garth Stein. It's about life but from the narrator is a dog. Cute!

Are you sure that Gypsie is a good person? She bites, pooes all over the house, pees all over. That is not so nice.
